Where are my credits? Purchases are delivered within a few seconds. Pull to refresh or reopen the app; if the balance still looks wrong, email us with your account email.
How do I cancel my subscription? iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → MiorrAI. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, photos, analyses and gallery.
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
