MiorrAI — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MiorrAI mobile application ("the app", "the Service"). By creating an account or using MiorrAI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MiorrAI provides AI-powered styling tools: aesthetic and color analysis of photos you submit, and virtual "try-on" images generated from your photos (hairstyles, glasses, tattoos, clothing and similar). Results are AI-generated previews for personal styling inspiration — they are illustrative, not exact depictions of real-world outcomes.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use MiorrAI.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure.
• You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

3. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the results generated for you.
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the Service (generation, analysis, storage of saved results), as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You must only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their consent. Uploading photos of others without permission is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MiorrAI to:

• create unlawful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic or otherwise abusive content;
• impersonate or misrepresent any person, or create misleading depictions of real people without their consent;
• upload content involving minors in any inappropriate context;
• reverse engineer, abuse, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• violate any applicable law.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Credits & Subscriptions

• Generations consume in-app credits (5 credits = 1 generation). Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and are not redeemable outside the app.
• Credits from one-time packs never expire and are not affected by subscription renewals. Promotional or bonus credits, if any, may expire or change as part of Service updates.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and auto-renew until cancelled. Payment is charged at purchase confirmation; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription credits refresh to your plan's monthly allowance at the start of each billing period (monthly, including for yearly plans). Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period and are forfeited when the subscription ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI outputs can be inaccurate or imperfect. Analyses (including any scores) are algorithmic estimates for entertainment and styling inspiration — they are not medical, dermatological or professional advice. Try-on results may differ from how a style would look in reality.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, branding and catalog imagery are owned by MiorrAI and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the Service or its assets.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiorrAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon account deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
