This Privacy Policy explains how MiorrAI ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the MiorrAI mobile application. By using MiorrAI you agree to this policy.
Your photos are used for one purpose only: to produce the face analysis and virtual try-on results you request. We never use your photos for advertising, we never sell them, and we never use them to train AI models.
Your consent comes first. Before any photo leaves your device, the app asks for your explicit permission to process it with AI. If you decline, no photo is transmitted. You can decline at any time and still use the rest of the app.
To generate results, the photo you select is transmitted securely to our AI processing providers: OpenAI (for face and color analysis) and kie.ai (for try-on image generation). These providers process the images solely to fulfil your request and are not permitted to use them for other purposes, including model training.
Face data we derive: the analysis produces styling attributes (such as face shape, symmetry estimate, color season and palette). These attributes are stored with your account so the app can show your results, and are deleted when you delete your account. We do not create biometric templates and we do not use face data to identify people.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This immediately deletes your account, profile, gallery, analyses and all stored images from our systems.
Abuse-prevention counters: to keep free features fair, we retain pseudonymous daily usage counters (a one-way hash of your sign-in identity or network address — no name, email or photos) for up to 30 days, including after account deletion. They cannot be used to identify you or recover any content.
Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and subscription status; RevenueCat receives your purchase receipts and an app user identifier, never your payment card details. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to run MiorrAI:
Data is encrypted in transit, images are stored in private buckets with per-user access rules, and API credentials are held in a server-side vault. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.
MiorrAI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on your region (including under GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise deletion directly in the app, or contact us for any other request.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app.
